Ooops! Looks like I am vindicated from age 6 all those years ago.

And I have long been a holder of the multi-verse theory for a great many years, as I already knew they were out there, as to whether anyone believes I did come here from one is another matter entirely.

Of course the school psychiatrist was not capable of dealing with the concepts I was spouting off about.

But yeah, the universes leaking into each other, space there could be odd as the two realities do a mix and possible laws interact oddly with each other.

LOL! Fringe came out only a few years ago. I explained about my arrival from a parallel universe to a school shrink when I was 6yrs old, that was 45yrs ago!

The place I am at now seems to have a weak spot, and we here have seen and heard alternate selves, well, my roomies have seen I have heard, so some universes will be close to lives with subtle differences, others will have more drastic ones. And that is just Earth alone, consider all of the planets, and they have their own alternates, etc. All of the different possibilities! I am missing such travels as I used to do.

He did look confused, and then wrote he felt I was schizophrenic despite the lack of other symptoms for that condition. LOL! Incapable of grasping the value of the information I divulged. That was when I realized the lack of intelligence of many here in this world/dimension!

I see a slight problem in terms of what we are calling parallel. We have a connection to everything which in my view does not support a parallel universe but a spiral one. My question would be what do we mean with parallel universes? Are there two universes in time sync, or do we mean not physically touching? or what? 

It is like a strand of pearls, each pearl a distinct universe, now maybe they are not as linear in the way they sit next to each other, like when the necklace is laid in a draw and they sit as a bundle or pile. But think of Earths in each of them where say certain life and major political decisions went differently? Different yet similar.

So, one world that say for one difference would be Hitler getting accepted to that art school and doing well in that field. the ripple effect of him content enough to NOT go Nazi? would WW-2 have happened at all? or delayed until another strong man came along to make things like that happen? would they have had the same agenda as the Holocaust? How would that have impacted the rest of the world?

Or the simpler impact of choosing to marry a different woman/man? on the alternate you's life in that other world? or another where you remain alone? there are so many different possibilities that each person could make that had different impact on those they interacted with. From small things to the largest. We may well have colonized the moon and mars by now on another such earth. Our world fuel might be cleaner on another, the population smaller still due t decisions, policies, disease outbreaks and all due from so many possible changes as we may have had happen here yet did not.

Well I can see what you are saying Len, and it makes me see another aspect of what could be meant by parallel universe. In order for me to grasp the concept of other universes correctly, we would have to have a better definition of what parallel means. If we accept a parallel universes, we might have to redefine both, "parallel", and "universe". The question, "is matter within the confinements of space"? if yes, then we could have a universe separate from this one. If the parallel universe is connected to this one it cannot be parallel. Am I making any sense?LoL
