Transits of Venus

I know there are no more of these due to happen for just over 100 years, so we won't see another one - Not in this lifetime anyways. But I've always found them really interesting, and I loved watching the Transit in June 2012 online, since it took place in the early hours of the morning here.
There's a really good documentary which I saw ages ago on the discovery and subsequent recording of them, and if I can find that at any point I'll share it here too; Meantime, here's a documentary on the 2012 Transit:

That video was all I could find last night but it is a bit garbage with the thumbnail TV picture, so if I can find a better full-screen Video anywhere I'll post that up too for ya. Smile

Also, here are a couple of clips of the documentary I saw years ago on Transits of Venus(Unfortunately I haven't come across the whole thing yet):
