It would have been so easier if they had given me a name, but I haven't overlooked that it may have been someone sending me loving thoughts though.

Yeah, that's true.........but with the visions you have I always wonder if one day you may end up seeing something that I know it's or was part of me.

I was once told by someone to write down anything that I was given in vision, even if to me it seemed stupid or insignificant, as they may mean nothing to me but could mean something to someone else, I tend to connect more when I'm sending healing, in fact someone thought I am capable of remote viewing, because I described parts of her home once after sending her healing, but I don't think that's what happens, then again I don't tend to know my abilities, all I know is I am tired after six weeks of cold like symptoms I feel drained.

Yeah, I agree, you should always write it all down.

I hope so, i'm just guessing it's a sinus infection, I eventually managed to get a doctors appointment on Friday, so hopefully I will be better soon, I want to go back to meditating twice a day, that usually opens me up to more visions.

Yeah, see the doctor, maybe you need something if you have an infection. Maybe it's just seasonal?

Nice on the meditation......this coming from a woman who has not meditated ever!!!

My plan is: I will marry a guy who will manage to make me sit still and teach me how to meditate and be quiet.

Friar's Balsam is excellent for sinus infections Angel. Sometimes called 'Tincture of benzoin'.

Bowl of hot water with the FB in it and a towel over your head. Breathe the vapour. Works a charm.

I was shown that the shark fin at two in the morning when I was trying to sleep, grrrrrr the spirits sure know how to upset my sleep time.

Most certainly kae, you can meditate while cooking or doing anything. Once you begin to slow down the chatter from thoughts, you are entering meditation.

I got tightness and discomfort on my left lung, the name catherine and or christine, died in hospital but wanted to die in her home, a gold locket with the black and white picture of a man named Tom or Thomos, thay had been married in a small church, also getting a cut glass swan, a birthday card with a number 8 has some importance and a small spirit boy at his own grave looks sadly at his own headstone.

The boy ..what did he look like if you don't mind me asking ?

The boy had very light brown hair almost blonde, small narrow nose thin lips, big eyes, not sure of the color.
