More to come Tim, the problem is not solved world wide, the present oil glut is fooling a lot of people into believing things are turning around. I see it different, only a matter of time if we do not change the way we treat our planet. There will be a tremendos crash and many places will take the same route as Detroit.

Detroit is stuck in a rut because the ghetto people living there think that it's cool to have thug mayors like Young and Kilpatrick.

I visited Detroit back in the early 80's and it was a thriving city then. Even had it's own music sound (Mo'town). 

It's sad to see it go the way of so many others.
