A pointed speech by a 91 yr old Veteran telling David Cameron to keep his sticky hands off the NHS.



We have a similar problem here with the bloody Conservatives!

I agree with this sweet man and I have said here many times how much I love the NHS, not just because it is my employer, but also because it represents health equality for all.

Without going back to 80 years ago in the UK, I have seen the struggle of people in  many countries where healthcare is not public and free. Most have been developing countries, but look at the US, the richest nation in the world and yet their own people cannot afford the dentist or a visit to a doctor. Truly appalling.

There is an attitude of attrition going on there Ags. Cameron wants to privatise the NHS. We have a similar thing going on here. Our gubbies are deliberately trying to underfund the system here to slowly break it down. Then it can be privatised. I suspect that it's the same over there.

The US health system is a bloody shambles!

David Cameron will not be allowed to do it, too many people want to keep the NHS. Most countries in Europe have NHS, this is what you have in a good democracy. I, like millions of others, don't mind paying taxes to make sure unemployed people can still have free health care because nobody knows if you will be the next unemployed!


The next elections are coming and I fear another coalition... I really want the Tories out as they do not care one bit for the common people and the working class.
