This will make it so we see either severe poverty from those who have no more jobs, or if kind and compassionate, governments will enforce to make sure folks get a Universal Stipend Benefit each month. It would be possible to work and earn "extra cash" to top the cake of the monthly 2500per month. Jut have to stop the insanity of welfare for the wealthy.
