Oil Pipeline Leaks... Empty Oil Pipeline Leaks...

Oil leaks are a serious problem in the USA. The reason is that in Europe the pressures are regulated at 250psi. In the US it is not regulated and the oil companies are increasing the pressures beyond what the pipes can handle, up to 1000psi! Shocked
