Aggy, I hear you, however it's not that simply. Getting rid of them might be the easy part, who are you thinking of to replace them. The UK cannot return because the EU would not be able to trust them and build confidence. I don't think France is going to be able to follow through with all the promises they offered with the new man. All in all, don't get your hopes up too much, although I would like to see things change for the better I do not see it happening.
