We are all born with an inate sense of right and wrong, at least most of us are. Psychopaths are not in that class as they were born without a conscience.

As Mordman says, just about every religious text states the same kind of directives.

Just to put it in perspective, run those directives against the current governmental and economic system's that are currently in place. It's amazing how far we have strayed.

I'd say the common message could be 'love all' and 'do no harm', but then they contradict themselves with messages of sexism, hate and hypocricy.

And I don't mean offense to anybody, but to me even Jesus's message is not one of love and peace..... one tiny example:

I'm sorry, but I do not want to destroy my enemies..... I simply wish them the best and go off on my way.

We could just follow the message without believing in a deity, really..... cause we all know religions were created to dived and separate, just look at our world today.
