Here's an investigative documentary on sugar, I'm finding it quite interesting... especially the comments from those in the food industry.


They mention Dr. Lustig's seminar on youtube, I've seen it and it was both compelling and frightening... here it is. Quite long of course but could be broken down into smaller segments.

I haven't bought sugar for at least three years now.
