State of War...
A good video of James Risen talking about the CIA and surveilance. And Whistleblowers too.

Further proof of the erosion of democracy in Amurika, the Oligarchial Corporatocracy that now leads the world down the rabbit hole to hell.

So Leny, is there any sound system that can serve mankind in a balanced way. As it seems a one world system cannot work. It seems the antient Egyptian had some sort of knowledge base that served them well for the longest time known to us present humans. Does this mean end game? Or where do we go from here? Obviously none of pur present systems is not delivering the results for equitable exsistance for all. How do we aquire a collective consciousness? Is it at all possible with our present mode of thinking?

What we are seeing Star is the decline of an empire. The US empire is in decline in the same way the Brit. empire went back in the 1950's. They struggled to hold onto power and using more and more force to hold onto the remnants of it. But that doesn't work anymore.
Empires only last as long as the emperor can hold onto the territory. When the empires citizens start to get restless then there is a problem.

Re: State of War...
America was working best when it was blending capitalism for it's business and world trade needs, (controlled and regulated capitalism that is), Socialism blended in for social help programs and public goods like highways, community colleges Libraries and similar functions, a bit of representative republic where our old democracy was working, and instead of this we allowed the corporates to deregulate, de-tax the rich whose 30% or so income taxes helped pay for such other programs, as well as that we did not spend over 3trillion on our military alone. We were warned of the Military-Political-Industrial-Complex decades ago by one who knew intimately of what he was speaking of. Shame folks did not heed Ike's warning.
Regulations eroded
Rights eroded
Unions eroded
employment eroded
government power in the hands of Corporations
Taxation for all except the rich who got a mere 10% rate now of which few actually will pay and dodge that small %.
Yes, the Amurikan Empire is in decline, and the shift to power hungry, controlling police state powers run by the very rich is mirroring that of ancient Rome and Old France.

Yeah Len. When one reads about the decline of the Roman Empire we can see many similarities. The use of Mercenaries (think Blackwater) because the Romans didn't want to fight anymore. The use of the Praetorian Guards (Militarised Police) to keep the population in check often by using force on ordinary citizens.
It doesn't bode well for the future and our grandchildren.

I equate our very own black uniformed DHS troops as about the same as the Praetorian Guards or worse, Der Gestapo in Amurika. They even have for odd reasons, east-west highway check points asking for identification,,,,,what "democracy" does that?
reminds me of the reports of travel inside Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia.

Oligarchial Corporatocracy ... Oligarchical Cleptocracy. What gets better when Hillary and Cruz and their parties Tweedledum and Tweedlestoopid (who both work for Wall Street, the CFR and the Fed) take 2016 by storm? We did nothing to discourage treason by the multinationals -- so they bailed out and followed their raw materials contracts to more lucrative slave markets. We did nothing to discourage lack of responsibility by the plutocrats so only the top tenth of one percent are still making big gains in a depression! Less than a hundred people now own half the planet, so the British house of illegitimacy (See Youtube's "Queen Elizabeth II - is NOT the rightful heir to the throne of England") did not fare badly.
Re: State of War...
Yep Len. People in a true Democracy don't need to carry ID.
You nailed it Ken, perfect description!
If you look closely at the British Royal Lineage then the Late Princess Diana had a greater right to the throne than the current bunch. Goes back to the Norman King, Willy I. Earl Spencer was Willy's 1st cousin.
The present conglomeration came about because of the Britz penchant of lopping off the heads of monarchs who got too uppity. Perhaps we need to start doing the same!

Ken, if the queen of England is not the rightful heir to the throne of England, is that not fraud? Does the law not require her to give up the throne? Anything is possible these days.

Re: State of War...
Being monarch in England has tended to have a force element to it when bureaucratic succession failed. As you saw in the video, the real heir would have nothing to do with his greedier cousins' mess. Theirs is an interesting bloodline. Old Bess would strike fear in a Banshee. Best to leave the predators in their castle and then you know where they are.
