I do like news that can stand up for integrity, I do not believe our journalists should lock step as has happened with the rich, the government, the corporates or others who would oppress democracy and liberty.

Though she does work for MSNBC which is a corporation run news outlet, that they allow her such leeway is refreshing.

Civil Disobedience and questioning of authority are in fact American Patriotism no matter what the right wing side of politics would have us believe to accomplish dismantling those pillars of our society. Our right wingers should scare people, they really should, as they are not as far removed from Nazi-religious-zealots as they would like all to think.

The Koch brothers and their billions (they each make 13million a day), are the greatest threat to America ever, they are like a cancer, and many will not weep for them when their age catches up, and their money can't save them from the inevitable.

Well, the original idea of government is a social contract amongst people, each trading off duties and skills for the good of the entire community or nation, somewhere along the way, post tribal sized, society got over complicated, but the alternative is anarchy, and in anarchy, one does not have guarantees that their lives will not be harshly disrupted by roaming bands of marauders, or petty would be dictators as happened during the "Dark Ages" post the fall of Rome.

How many Militias would kill based on religious beliefs in America? the answer is higher than one would assume. Then you have the KKK, the Neo Nazis, and other weapon bearing would be dictatorship militias just itching for the fall of society so they can try and be their own little kings. At least one thing with the present mess, at least we have them where we can watch them.

What you described Len is Chaos not true Anarchy. Anarchy just means no central Govt. Each community governs itself and negotiates with neighbours over roads and other infrastructure. They employ their own Police and have an agreement on a general army (if necessary). Not a lot different from the old days of the territories of the US. 

I hope that Rach gets to be better known in the world because her investigations are crucial.

Yep, the American viewpoint is Anarchy equals chaos, and well, it would be chaotic here w/o governments as the Militias would try their coups and set whatever kind of nutbag rulership over the rest of the populace in their control zones.
