One can not rely on the words of Sheldrake, Cremo et al as they have been thoroughly discredited.
All I have asked LGR is to check out his sources thoroughly to see if they can be believed, if they can't then don't post outright statements based on them.
Tim.
There is nothing unreasonable about verification of sources. Strong veracity is necessary, My college papers would have been worthless citing uncreditable sources and sites that were merely there for more "entertainment" value for a serious paper for my degrees.

Exactly Len, If I have based my Engineering papers on unreliable or non credible sources I would have been nudged out the door at Uni.

Nice diversion LGR which has nothing to do with this discussion.
We are discussing whether a Scientific Theory is a Dogma which you based on the words of two idiots who have been completely discredited.

And that pic used is a staged one. Not a actual Moon one. More the ones NASA used to show people how they thought the moon landing would look.
But yes, that is a distraction from the idea that Science = Dogma as science must by nature adjust with new and ground breaking information
Now the fact remains that calling people educated idiots is a personal attack, yet also applies to the two people LGR used as sources. They have degrees, but have also been outed for quackery

Besides, I already shared a diagram of the lower segment of the LEM, it has storage units for the folded up and un-plugged components of the rover.

Yes, in the climate thread. This thread was about dogmas of science, I don't see why you needed to change the conversation to the moon landings.... we have a thread where we were talking about the moon landing.

bc it's classic example of people believing scientific lies.

Re: The ten dogmas of science
The 1st photo is a studio made one, the lighting and the setting all looks simple and artificial
the 2nd one looks to be more a out doors look with natural lighting as opposed to the 1st.
Details, I did study Cinematography. Mandatory for communications it seems, so I look at the 2nd pic and am more inclined to believe NASA for a moon landing like that, the 1st image could be a studio made, or a pic a a museum re-enacting the landing.

Re: The ten dogmas of science
As far as the Moon landing goes one can use simple common sense and Occam's Razor.
Both say it did happen because the chances of all those thousands of people working on the project would all have to keep this deep, dark secret. Something that is completely improbable. Hells bells! Even the CIA can't keep it's nefarious activities secret for long and there is only a few of them! That is common sense. Some-one would have spilled the beans.
Occam's Razor also shows that it would be easier to go to the moon than to set up such an elaborate hoax and keep it secret for so long.
