My health issues and adjustments

Okay, I know this section is for many medical issues, I figured it best since I know most of you that you be made aware of my own health issues and why I always seem to be so erratic in my sleep/posting times. My Meat shell feels like a run down rusty old pick up truck, and here is why.

Congestive Heart Failure = CHF My heart has ceased working on my water systems and so my kidneys are the sole regulatory organs of body water I have along with the sweat glands. This also impacts my blood oxygen levels.

C.O.P.D. = Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Mine is a chronic bronchitis, and as fluid builds up in the lungs as a side symptom of CHF these are hand in hand at making my wake ups and days loud

Asthma I think that is pretty well known amongst all

Edema in legs mostly, but also the lung fluid but my lower legs look horrible, discolored the skin thickened and less sensitive in spots
I cannot stand for more than 5mins before pain starts up and I need a comfortable seat

Obesity, as many Yanks, my body has succumbed to the insane American food system where they subbed fats for sugars, and also sugar for High fructose corn syrup as we will not buy sugar from cuba, and they put sugar in everything in a box/can/fast food place, it is why Europeans and others who come here notice something is amiss with our food being too sweet.

Arthritis, I have osteoarthritis, bone spurs develop, pain pills are normal for me as my joints all over stiffen up

DVT = Deep Vein Thrombosis I have a blood clot nestled in my left elbow, so far "clotty" seems happy where he is, but if he moves, it is a bullet to the old pump in my arm.

Blood Sugar issues See obesity above and my critique of America over sweetening all foods, even those that do not need it.

Sleep Apnea Yes, I have been told I stop breathing during loud snoring sessions , and that means less oxygen flow than normal.

Oh and more recent is the Neuropathy, the lovely sensation of electrical wires zapping you while another roasts you with a open flame.

As a result of all of this, I find it hard to take a decent long walk, (I used to be able to walk for miles), and I am fatigued by many tasks I used to have no trouble with. I used to be able to lift hundreds of pounds, now groceries are an exertion. I am finding that I must adjust in my meat shell's old age as I cannot push it like I used to.

I can empathise Len. I have CPOD from getting gassed in Vietnam. Lost more than  half of my lung function now. Can't climb a flight of stairs without running out of breath.

Arthritis in my back and hands, makes it hard to type sometimes. Buggars my walking! No problem sleeping but.

Well, had the knees x-rayed, severe osteo-arthritis in both, and ACL chronic damage in the left MRI for better look at left knee to be scheduled.
