I understand Apple are looking at adding a social distancing alarm to their phones.

In theory it’s a great idea, putting it into practice is never so straightforward but it would be great if it could happen, it would really reduce the anxiety associated with going out in public places since the pandemic began.
I hope it can be done, in some form at least.

But most people (including the elderly and myself) do not have an iphone... unless Samsung starts catching up too.

I don't think I could use it, people who are sensible keep their distance and no phone alarm will change idiots' attitudes.
