Von Daniken's story. Fascinating bit of Science Fiction.

Erik landed himself in deep doo-doo a while ago, languishing is a Swiss gaol right now for fraud. Third conviction.

Got into further trouble for plagiarising others work. An all round bit of goods he is.

He is a skilled writer and I have read all his books. What blew him was when 'Chariots of the Gods' was found to be 85% plagiarised. He had to pay several millions in reparation.

The fraud charges had nothing to do with his theory but they cast doubt on his veracity.
