A total of 13 aircraft suddenly vanished off radars for about 25 minutes on two occasions while flying over Austria, it has been revealed.

In what is being billed as 'unprecedented' circumstances, the incidents on June 5 and Tuesday saw the flight data disappear from air controller screens in several countries in Europe.

Austria's flight safety organisation admitted that the height, location and other information for a total of 13 aircraft mysteriously vanished from radars.

Do you smell anything fishy here Rogue? I think they are covering up something because this makes no sense. On the other side of the equation Iraq is bubbling over. I was following some of the information on what is happening and if we should believe any of it things are looking bad for the region.

The question is whose product was field tested? and whom are they?

Thats the big question really. If it's military, then you only have 3 real contenders...if it's corporate, then the field opens up a lot more.

That's true, however it's always best to consider the mundane possibilities before getting complicated The area affected would also, I feel, be a bit to large at the current time

There are a couple of methods floating around for disrupting radar signals atm, so it seems logical that various organizations have been attempting to expand the tech.

Well, they may desire to coordinate tests as this seems like a large zone. Now planes do not just show up on radar, and other craft were visible while these 13 were not. I am also wondering if their Transponder signals were also blocked?

Len, I do not know what to believe anymore. I can't seem to be able to fit it in my head that this news could not come at a worst time when the world is not sure what happened to the MH370 flight. This is suggesting to me that we should be thinking about some other entity interfering with the radar or something similar.

Are there people controlling the radar? I maybe wrong but there seems to be more going on, but we know very little of what it is.
