would have to adjust that for here where we use 110 outlets, not the 120's

I remeber in my barracks in Germany, to play a tape recorder or TV made in America, we needed step down transformer so they would not fry

Yea Len. It depends on which way the 3phase is connected down. 400v 3Ph has two types of break down connections, Delta and Star. Delta gives 110/120v and Star gives 240v per phase.
