There are lots of houses around but no-one else comes out saying, "Hah, what the huck is dat!"

and such a loud noise not setting off car alarms, same and poor quality chicago noise in Canada and Costa Rica, no one curious as to the noises? Seems more like someone shooting neighborhood vids and added the sounds for youtube attention, some of the vid sections sound lower quality re-recordings played but no reactions of the people in such areas, no cars stopping to listen, and humans are innately curious and inquisitive creatures.
