Oh they did it! He's been impeached.

The news is saying he'll likely stay in office and finish his term because it takes a Senate conviction to remove him and McConnell won't bring the Senate back early for a trial.

Now he’s guaranteed to be remembered as the worst President ever - statistically, as well as every other way! 

Yes, it’ll be difficult to get the full process done and remove him from office before his term ends, although I hope they somehow can. But this is something at least... Really glad it’s happened!

I didn’t bother listening to Trump’s last speech, nope - I’ve never listened to any speeches which he’s made since his Inauguration speech if I’m honest, because I kinda feared they might give me ear cancer.

Thanks for this response and comments on the Tweet! Yeah, you’re bang on, I did speak from the heart and didn’t mince my words, LOL. I thought at the time that I was maybe being a bit harsh, but I had a terrible sense of foreboding about what might happen if Trump won, based on what I’d seen during his election campaign. I wrote the Tweet kinda intuitively, and when I looked at it again last month I though that it, unfortunately, looked surprisingly prophetic. 
My opinion of him hasn’t changed though, LOL!

Yeah, I’m hoping that Karma will kick his ass from now on and sort him out, and that getting rid of that casino is just the beginning of it!

I actually wasn’t aware that he had an obsession with toilets, I just associated him with one for various reasons, including his character and “trump” being another word for fart in the UK.

I agree, when he says it's fake news it means he's really done it!
Can you imagine how stressful it must have been for his staff to have to follow him around to make sure the top secret documents he read were not either destroyed, flushed down the toilet or taken home?
