RIP to those that lost their lives in London today, among them a Policeman and innocent pedestrian

Wishing a speedy recovery to those injured.

I haven't seen the latest updates so not going to comment on cause etc.

Although it does always annoy me in incidents like this that the media always report without all the facts and very early on 'terrorist attack' when without knowing it could quite likely be unrelated to terrorism and just be one person with mental health issues.

It does seem it's not directly linked to terrorism or a terrorist group, seems more likely it is a lone person that they say "has been inspired by Islam attacks".

Really just catching up with it. News says seven arrested.

Reporting 8 here... a big headline has been that one of the attackers is home-grown (seems like they almost always are imo) and was investigated for extremism in the past.

They said they arrested 8 in Birmingham last night. They seem to be loosely linking it at the moment, but not sure if anything proven link wise.

I wish these incidents would stop... my heart goes out to those that lost their lives, the injured, and the friends and family of the loved ones.. I am glad Londoners refuse to live in fear though...

People really have had enough of this worldwide. But I don't see it coming to an end soon sadly The world we live in is just awful

Lets not forget that This new Iron Lady Miss May, has taken on the whole European Union. Leaving the EU is not the real problems, it is the connections that Britten has had through the centuries. Some of these problem were plunged into the coming together of Europe, they cannot be easily extracted. There are negative implications. There are many nations that are realizing what will happen to them when Briton pulls out. Anyone or group could be attacking the UK including the UK itself. 


The elections are crucial, there could be a breakdown if this does not work. Lets hope no more bombs that cannot solve the problems.

So, here our people only took 9/11 to fall in line fearing for their lives, now it seems UK is under same kind of managers trying to use the fear factor to control the masses. Same style of carfeless fast to make conclusions news.

I agree Len. I feel for those whose families were hurt by this tragedy.

We are now seeing the result of the invasions of Afganistan and Iraq. Including Libya and now Syria. 

Sadly these attacks will continue. Even should we withdraw from Western Asia there will still be blowback for years to come.

The UK had years of terrorist activity from the IRA. This is nothing new for the UK, although that doesn't help stop the fear these terrorists are trying to spread. What really concerns me is the hate that is spreading with this. This has been going on for 16 years now, 16 years of attacks around the world. 16 years of wars where many innocent people have died and others have lost everything. I just don't see a conclusion  to all this sadly But we need to stop the hate that is fuelling this situation!
