Music is something so close to my heart and I find that listening to and sharing it is such a powerful way of expressing my innermost feelings, for a while I've wanted to start my own Playlist here for songs which are haunting me, songs which express my feelings best at that time, and songs which I just love listening to.

Starting off with my favourite Queen song and one of my favourite songs ever - I just love everything about it

This song is haunting me heavily at the moment(as is the movie to some extent), and it has actually haunted me, on and off, for nearly 9 years now. It gets me every time I hear it unexpectedly, it makes me so emotional. I've never quite understood why yet, but I know I definitely love it.

I've always been deeply affected by hearing it, although in a nice way - I feel a wave of profound emotion which washes over me, and I actually find it very difficult to pinpoint what emotion it is; I sense both happiness and sadness in various amounts, and a profound sense of longing. I still don't know what might be the source of it, but I'm guessing it must mean that the music is connecting with my soul, as opposed to my mind or even my heart, to bring out such strong feelings.
I always find listening to it a very enjoyable experience overall though.

I've loved this song ever since it came out and it's always resonated deeply with me, and recently I've been powerfully reminded of it, as the lyrics express my feelings so perfectly right now

I love everything about this one - the tune, the beat, the vibe, the energy, the parallels with my own experiences. I’ve always loved The Fratellis’ sound, but I fell in love with this track the first time I heard it.
